We have recently updated our Catia and Catia standards. It appears that I have missed the seeting the setting that keeps the balloon size a constant size. Now whenever there is a balloon with a double size, the size of the the balloon increases. Its as though the balloon size is proportional to the number of digits (See attached pic)
